Was this as good as the movies? No, there's definitely some aspects of a good Indiana Jones story that lend themselves better to film than to comics. Was it enjoyable? Absolutely. The stories were creative, engaging, action-packed, and sometimes, made me laugh out loud.
There were some things in the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom comic that I definitely don't remember, but it's been so long since I've seen that one that I couldn't say for sure whether they were changes.
Highlights include: The City of Yesterday's Forever!, Dragon by the Tail (all you need to know: Indiana Jones, dragon rider. Delightful.), The Secret of the Deep
