This book gives you feelings. Emotions. We know Melinda, or are Melida, and this guy wrenching. There is no true satisfying ending to this book, but that's the way it should be, because nobody really wins in the end of these situations..

You can’t tell me that none of these folks didn’t have a clue that something happened or was wrong with this girl! No one paid attention to this girls behavior? So often we think…”why are you acting so weird”. Maybe its the trauma. Leaves you speechless every time.
