Embarrassed to admit how excited I got when he mentioned his love of Eames furniture I was fully ready to invite him for a tour of the collection. Otherwise a fascinating insight into his own personal history outside of Blur, which I had known nothing about!

Blur is my favorite band, Blur is the artist that made my favorite song. but. Graham Coxon forged those lyrics, he chose the configurations of the guitar parts,Ā he delivered the personified form of auditory amaranthine artĀ
pg 161-162 "That night I sat in my front room in Camden and scoured through my old notebooks and diaries for the seeds of lyrics, which I then developed and threw together to make the song 'Coffee & TV'. It had the 'Stockholm Syndrome' feeling I was after but reflected my anxiety and feelings of alienation - that the world is a scary place. It also coincided with me knocking alcohol on the head for a while, so my recreation consisted of drinking coffee and watching TV, which would take me away from this big bad world"
