Excellent resource for doing any point-in-time/backdating legislative research for Canadian jurisdictions. Serves as a guide and sourcebook for the often complex process, both for statues and for regulations. Links current to 2019 and, being that most are got government websites, by 2022 many of the links are invalid. Nonetheless, incredibly helpful resource to get the researcher thinking about the scope of researching legislative intent, where to look, and how to communicate or document it. Must have reference book for Canadian lawyers, law libraries and public libraries providing access to legal resources, law students, paralegals, and law librarians.Â
