A typical Mary Higgins Clark fare. I was hoping it would be a little more off-equation, so to speak, as it was co-authored by Burke, but I found myself feeling like it was just another typical MHC mystery novel. Casually enjoyable, but to my disappointment, very typical and predictable.

Ugh. The story for this book was good. But I listened to it and the readers voice bugged me so there were parts that I probably would have liked more if I had read it.

again, these books literally get me through my runs lol they’re so easy to listen to and I’m engaged the whole time. I think I’m not good at predicting who-dun-it type books so these are not too simple for me

Aunque ha sido fácil y entretenido de leer, la resolución final del caso me ha parecido, aunque con sentido, un poco sacada de la manga. Pero para pasar el rato y leer algo fresco, ágil y sencillo, es el libro perfecto.
