This volume is named "Cannibal", and it may be the goriest so far.
Main characters from volumes 1-3 stay in the back until the last chapters as this volume focus in the POV of a new character. This change let us understand the story from a different perspective and more questions are answered, paving the way for the last volume of the story.
Summary chapters in this volume help us understand what's been happening in the story (there were a hiatus of around 5 years when this story was originally updated in the english language) but art style makes it difficult to clearly identify what we see (lots of movement and gore, occasional blurry effect for censorship).
