A 3.5 rounded up. This one was entertaining to read but you've gotta read it really lightly. Meaning, if you look too deep into the world building or the writing style you're going to disappoint yourself. I think the only thing that was really bugging me about this book was the repetition. Lots of sapphire, nostrils flaring, fingering(not in the way you'd think, and "what am I doing again?". I love the drama, it's got tropes that I love and the whole fated mates thing is new to me and I didn't cringe as hard as I thought I would being introduced to it here. Fun times this guy, I will be reading the next book in the series
