Continuation of jumping into RB then will probably jumping back into ZA right after that
I still don't have an answer to who killed Gareth. But I have to say, this second book is definitely better than the first one. I found the humour from Little Leonidas pretty entertaining. It's hilarious how he can't do anything on his own and relies on his Mindys all the time.
However, there's one character I'm really not a fan of Gabriel. He's always being an ass and constantly going on about his visions. Seriously, dude, give it a rest! It's super annoying.
Overall, I haven't seen much progress in the storyline yet. The main takeaway from both books so far seems to be sexual tension and s*x. I get that it's a theme, but the male main characters always have their minds in the gutter, and it's a bit too much sometimes.
But hey, I'm still hooked and curious to see where this goes. On to the next one!

So I feel horrible saying all of this. But this entire series has severe bullying and I tried to get through the first and second book, and ended up DNF the second book. I was hoping it would get less upsetting but it didn’t. I know there’s a ton of people who love this series but with my triggers I can’t. Make sure you look up the TW for the series, I didn’t or I wouldn’t have tried to start to read them.
