My first book by Aidy and I just dove in. I had so many reactions just waiting for when certain things would happen and with some of the things Aidy put in the story. Absolutely LOVE Max's mom. Now to keep on to the next :-D

Spicy and Never Disappointing
Aidy Award does it again. This one was quick and spicy and I loved the modern verbiage used, which makes it more relatable. I do feel like there was a few questions unanswered but I believe I will get those in the next books. Funny and had me fanning myself.

Too much cringe for my taste. I got the audiobook and the voice acting didn't really help, quite the contrary actually. I felt it was forced and immature, lacking any depth and rushed, so I could never fully immerse in it.
I MAY try to give it a second chance on Kindle Unlimited descarding the audio, but I don't really see myself enjoying it, so I'm not going to rate it just yet.

I had the audio book for this one - horrible narrators. Grating voices and over acting. The story was cringe inducing.

This overall series is a one-trick-pony. Quite enjoyable the first time around, but book 2 and 3.. well just feels its getting weaker by each volume, but if you read them individually, and then leave a long break, you may find it pretty enjoyable. Listened to this while doing other things, gender roles are pretty good as far as i recall, so hence still a 3 star (across the series).

I started Dirty Wolf after I read Aidy's contemporary romance series, the Kingmakers, and fell head over heels in love with them. Dirty Wolf features Max Troika, a member of the Troika werewolf clan who has been recently and unexpectedly forced into the alpha role, and Gal, the curvy librarian who he has been obsessed with since high school. Their chemistry is off the charts, and their banter is freaking precious. It definitely experiences the "new series pacing" issue where the pace doesn't fully gel all the way through, going oddly slowly in parts while others throw every single plot point at you, but I really enjoyed it even still.
