I love this series... but trigger warning. Lots of rape, incest, and pedophilia. If any of those things trigger you then DO NOT read this book. I have a high tolerance for most topics but I was even cringing through parts of this book.

I did not remember much of this book. I know I read it more than once. It was definitely weird. As per the first in the series there was way too much description. So much that I wanted to skim. I don't like the author making little girls so sexual either. She wouldn't get away with writing stuff like that these days. I felt sorry for Lasher and Emaleth, even though it would have been a disaster.
