This was a good quick enjoyable read and this is Bonni and Quinn's story. Bonni is in Vegas catching up with her best friends who she has known since college. When she hits the jackpot she treats them to whatever they want. While out in a VIP club she meets Quinn who is a professional poker player and in Vegas for a tournament. The chemistry between them is immediate and off the charts hot but not being much of a gambler she is not sure about him. This was a good read but I have to admit I did not really care for her friends but that could just be me other than that it was good.

This is a perfect fit for readers who crave a lighthearted, romantic escape, especially those who enjoy stories about strong-willed heroines, charming gamblers, and the thrill of a holiday fling, set against the vibrant backdrop of Las Vegas.

This book definitely went too fast and it wasn’t logical for the characters to even fall in love. It felt rushed and didn’t really add up. I liked the friendship between the women but honestly that was about it.

Romance with vanilla spice. Fling in Las Vegas, HFN.

Includes such tropes as "and everyone stood up and clapped".

This is a fun, entertaining, hilarious read. Quinn and Bonnie are interesting, intriguing, relatable, entertaining, complex, fun characters. I enjoyed them as individuals and a couple. Their romance and the path it took to get to their HEA is entertaining to read. I love the friendship aspect of this story and the family dynamics that affects each of the main characters. This story made me laugh, chocked me up and had me wanting to shake some sense into our main characters at times lol. From start to finish it’s a fun read. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment. The story is easy to read and get into.

I enjoyed the audio version of this book and narrator.

This was just okay for me. The writing didn't flow as well as I would have liked, it was hard to get into and stay interested in for me. I didn't really feel invested in the characters. I read an ARC, so I don't know if it like this in the final version, but using ', instead of " when someone was talking was VERY distracting. I guess it can be an author's preference, but I'm used to the double quotation marks. This was a first for me from this author, but I would be willing to giver her another read.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

This was a quick and easy read, and I enjoyed the friendship/ reunion between the four female characters Bonni, Ava, Celia and Fredi. As well as the romance between Bonni and Quinn.

Yet, I didn't feel the two came together, particularly well, and for me the romance kind of took over. But there were plenty of fun moments. As well a few sparks. So if you're in the mood for an extremely light-hearted read, with engaging characters, then you should certainly check out What Happens In Vegas.
