Such a beautiful story that finished so well. This series and these characters will live in my heart for a long time.

A good ending

I can say that Sunshine’s story was anything but her namesake. The journey for Sunshine and the bullets was a twisted mess, but with a lot of action to keep me invested and with the constant action left me feeling satisfied with the ending. Although I am curious about Nix and the others, I feel like the end was good.

I would say this is objectively the best out of the three in this series because we got to see a peak of how Coralee can write one freaky serial killer and some nasty mobsters. It also felt less “my bullets this and that” which improved the cheese factor. Overall for a RH, friends to lovers, time skip, mobster romance it was okay. I still preferred Malice to this series and would recommend fans of this to read Den of Vipers and Broken Bonds as well.

What a great conclusion to this trilogy. It was packed with acrion, suspense, secrets, friendship, loyalty, and amazing characters. Add in some steamy times and love That was unconventional but beautiful and it was almost perfect.

I had a few minor issues with parts of the story that I feel should have been fleshed out more. I'm glad that Nix, Alesandro, and Grace will be getting a story. Especially, as that was where a lot of my issues came from in regards to this book.

Audiobook via Hoopla.

Narrators continue to do a good job. I enjoy listening to them.

The rest of the story was ok. This was probably my least favorite of the series; I enjoyed it, but wouldn’t do a reread.

Exceptional books, this series. For me at least :)
This one deals with the aftermath of the cliff hanger from the end of the 2nd story and its a bit more hesitant and emotional.
Until whoa, that group scene with Gav being ordered around by Sun and how the whole group "came" together. You see what I did there? ha ha
They triumph over their enemies, survive a kidnapping and yes, we have an HEA with what I think could be a realistic ending.
Very well done!

Love and Lead

This installment of the trilogy was so heartening. There was so much happening that you really had to have read the previous two books.
Corallee June has put together a great story based around friendships, loyalty and chosen family. It's said that it is the family we make can be stronger than the family you're given. This book really brings that Home with Sunshine, Blaise, Gavrial, Tyler and Callum. Their love of Sunshine bonds them together in ways most people would not understand.
Wonderful read that I truly couldn't get enough of!
