slow burn
It took me a few chapters to actually get attached to this storyline but by the end I was completely hooked. To be fair it’s hard to follow up the epic love story that is Aldo and Gloria. The characters in protecting what’s mine are very lovable and it was nice for Linc and Mackenzie to spend majority of the book together. However I feel like the action at the end was very rushed and thrown in where it would have been better served at a different point in the book.
