I really liked the flavor pairings in this. I made the orange earl grey shortbread and I loved it so much. A lot if the people that ate them mentioned they don't even like earl grey but thought the cookies were good. I also tried the opera cake (with a more basic buttercream - no egg whites or boiling) and thought it turned out great
