Piper is a tough cookie with what appears to be a hard shell, which works well in her business as a contractor. After a bad experience with her high school boyfriend, Piper put up walls around her heart. Harley has been friends with Piper since he discovered his brother broke Piper's heart in high school and he's been looking out for her since then.

Harley and Piper have been friends for as long as everyone can remember and everyone can see that Harley and Piper are not only meant for each other but loved each other beyond friendship. And it takes a village to help get them together.

This romance is not only filled with friendship, first dates, and romance but exciting revelations, fights, family plots and illnesses. Melissa Foster has long become one of my favourite romance authors and always look forward to a new tale to unfold.

Disclosure: At my request, I have received an advance copy of this book for review purposes from Beck Valley Books Book Tours. I am not being financially compensated for this post, all opinions expressed are my own honest opinion.

Favorite Melissa Foster book yet!

This was the first book where I really feel like we got to fully know both characters and their lives. The arch of piper is so fulfilling and honest. 5 out of 5 would recommend to anyone!

In the mood for a sappy love story... look no further. Piper loves to build houses, which makes finding the one exceptionally hard since all men want to do is change her. Harley is Piper’s professional cock blocker, and he’s waiting for the right moment for Piper to realize he wants her for himself.

What did I like? The story was a fun one, with a few twists and turns it takes awhile for Piper to truly see the light. I really enjoyed the budding relationship and the sparring between the two. I also laughed quite a bit, the author makes these two quite entertaining.

Would I buy or recommend? I love this author, and she is well established in the romance community. So much so it’s hard to fathom who doesn’t have a book of hers on a tbr pile somewhere. This was a fun one, which had me laughing and it was swoony. Five stars for a talented writer with a knack for helping you love her characters.

I received a complimentary copy to read. Loved it. Five stars.

Melissa Foster has again delivered a sexy and heartwarming romance in She Loves Me, a low angst, friends to lovers romance. In fact, this might be new favorite from her.

I absolutely adored Harley and Piper. Their strong and longstanding friendship provided a great foundation for a deep and meaningful relationship and it was so fun watching it flourish. And their banter was so hilarious.

Piper could be a bit frustrating at times. Harley never gave an indication that he did not like her for who she was but she was insistent that he would eventually want to change her. I can appreciate her stubbornness though because I am equally as stubborn. As for Harley, well he is the ultimate book boyfriend. He was so sure about what he wanted, wasn’t afraid to show his feelings for Piper and truly loved her for sho she was. And the way he was with his nieces? Totally swoon worthy.

So very much enjoyed getting to spend more time with this group of characters and I hope this isn’t the last we will see of the Sugar Lake/Harmony Pointe group.

If you're looking for a sweet and sexy friends to lovers romance, this is the book for you.

4.5⭐

She Loves Me is my favourite Melissa Foster book to date. As not only was the story extremely absorbing but, it was jammed full of heat, sweetness, real life issues and family. Not to mention the two main characters were wonderful as was Harley's pursuit of Piper; who is by far my favourite Dalton. As not only is she tough, forthright, and funny, but she's loyal, caring and kind, and Harley took everything she was and embraced it which was lovely and gratifying to read. And it all made for a brilliant story which I would happily recommend to others.

The best one in the series

I absolutely LOVED Harley and Piper! They were by far my favorite couple in Harmony Point and the other series. I adored how Harley said what he wanted from get so there were no miscommunication (although it took him three years haha). Their progression was great and there was a great ending.

I loved this book. Piper had some real issues with men making it hard for her to open up and let Harley in to live her. I did like that even with these hang ups she tried really hard. Harley could not be more perfect. He was so very patient with her. He never pushed her because he knew her so well and how she felt. He is so loving and great with his nieces you couldn’t ask for a better book boyfriend. There are many great characters in the book besides the main. I started with the 3rd book without reading the first two. Are reading this book and enjoying it so much I am looking forward to reading some of the others.
