Lester, his girlfriend Kerry and his cousin Tyler are planning a burglary, the home of an old rich couple who keep all their money in their house. Along with another couple to speed up the search for the money, they break in but the couple are not who they appear to be!
A tables are turned horror that is such fun! The characters are great, the dialogue is snappy with the darkest humour and the gore when it comes is juicy. Both satisfying and strangely sad this also has an interesting take on the nature of good, evil and what comes after this existence.

This one sure was interesting. Especially for an author that isn't an inbreed. Lol. Inside joke about the author's bio. Anyways, I so loved the quotes between each chapter. Some of them were well known. The others I made a list to Google and see who the people are. So that's super cool. Now, onto the story. It's probably not cool to break into a demon's house. I wish the bloody scenes had been more detailed and graphic. Like pulling out the facial piercings. It was still a cool read. But now I'm contemplating hell and the lack of heaven, etc... This is a story that will make you think in a good way

This was outstanding!
This is the 2nd book by Lee Richmond that I have read, and they are both great, it is very easy to read, brutal without being over the top, and with a little bit of humour in the mix.
This book reminds me of Clive Barkers Books of Blood (which I loved), but a little more up to date, so If you like the stories in Books of Blood, then this would be worth giving a read.
