This is the first Grisham novel I've ever read and was pleasantly surprised. A fast page turner, straight forward plot, interesting topic. The writing style is simple (hence the fast read) and it's mostly linear so it was pretty easy to keep up with the storyline and characters. It was a fun ride and fun to ask myself what would i do if I were each character. Rich people and their stupid money, am I right?!!

This book made me fall in love with reading again. I could not put this book down, and it left me wanting more. Even at times where I could not open the book, I was thinking about reading more.
It is my first novel I've read from John Grisham- looking forward to reading more from this author.

Gave John Grisham another chance.
Not all too impressed. His stories are very slow and dull in my opinion. Enough of his work for me.
