This series is unique while recycling some common elements that we see often. However, this volume has me hoping it is a build up to something because it fell pretty flat and the new character brought in is annoying. I also find the constant talk of going back to the human meat farm to save their "siblings" frustrating as shit. I get it, humans being used for meat is awful, especially children but come on! Just cut your losses and move on you aren't even related...

I need to stop reading the writer/illustrator comments at the beginning: "Krone has an amazing bod under her clothes."

seriously, though, this is one of the fastest moving stories ever, and every time I turn a page I'm worried that I'm going to get a demon in my face.
