This book was incredibly moving and heartwarming. I have seen the movie years ago, and that was the only thing withholding me from reading the book. The plot is very similar to the movie, of course. However, it’s safe to say that I still had a great time. I absolutely loved everything about James and Bob. The writing was a bit simple and repetitive at some points. I’m definitely going to give the sequels a try in the future.

This book is incredibly moving, especially if you’re one of those ‘crazy cat people’. As I sat reading (with my 2 adopted cats on my lap), I was completely blown away by the lengths Bob and James would go to for each other. Finding the one special friend in life is rare and clearly these two have found it.
