Another middle of the road read. I was fascinated by the premise of this one, following an abortion clinic in Boston, but the execution was so weird and scattered. I liked all the threads, but they didn't come together for me in any meaningful way.

Mercy Street was really well written and structured, however I picked it up because I was interested in the clinic, what it's like working there, the types of people you meet and the lives they live. This was so meandering. I didn't care about her drug dealer, or the villian, it wasn't the story I was wanting or expecting. Still really interesting, but go into it expecting more a slice of life, people suck kinda story.
