So liquor was illegal in America in the 1920's... hmmm... interesting. :) And Magnus Bane's adventures here kinda reminded me of The Great Gatsby. ^^

It was Agony reading this the only good part was seeing how the shadow hunters reacted to downworlders compared to the previous story's of collision between the two races. Also the ending on a cliffhanger there are always time has between the novellas so what is the point of a cliffhanger? Maybe to kill you in suspense only it would not work because it was so easy to guess
