Wow!! Why did it take me so long to read this book!?! The Moore sisters are so twisted and poor Shay so desperate for human attention. At times, I wanted to shake Shay into sense...great book, definitely will be recommending this one to my friends.

I made it a good 2/3 through this book before I even had an inkling of what was going on and even then I had no idea what was in store. Solid read. Very twisty.

Let me start by saying that Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen are such talented writers! I've read their previous two books, and both were strong 4 stars from me.

While the story itself was interesting but I found there were too many characters and several had their own chapters and it was difficult to keep up with.

I've seen several rave reviews for this one, so I may just be in the minority with this one. That said, I didn't hate it i just think it could of beena faster pace and less characters.

While this one wasn't a winner for me, I'm still very excited to see what Hendricks and Pekkanen write next.

Strong 4. I really enjoy books about groups of women with big secrets and little care for consequences. This book had just that! I felt like the ending was a little quick and happened in two pages, but other than that, I really enjoyed this book and will pick up ANYTHING by this author duo in the future!

4.5 stars.

You Are Not Alone by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen is a suspenseful domestic mystery.

After witnessing a horrifying event, thirty-one year old Shay Miller's life continues its downward spiral. She is working as a temp while searching for a new job. She is in love with her platonic roommate Sean, but his new girlfriend is quietly edging Shay out of their lives. Lonely and demoralized, Shay is an easy target for sisters Jane and Cassandra Moore.

Cassandra and Jane are quite close and very successful. They are charismatic and share a close circle of trusted friends. Unbeknownst to Shay, Cassandra and Jane have an increasingly dangerous agenda as they deviously insert themselves into her life.

Shay is somewhat shy and loves data and statistics. She also proves to be incredibly naive as she eagerly welcomes Cassandra and Jane's burgeoning friendship. However, Shay soon discovers that Cassandra and Jane might not be the fairy godmothers she believes them to be. She finally grasps what the sisters are up to, but is it too late for Shay to save herself?

You Are Not Alone is a compelling mystery with a frustratingly trusting heroine and an inventive storyline.  Shay is agonizingly desperate for companionship which makes her very easy to manipulate. Cassandra and Jane are quite charming but there is much more to the sisters and their friends than meets the eye.  Unanticipated plot twists are revealed late in the story and Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen brings this tension-filled mystery to a thrilling conclusion.  I completely enjoyed and highly recommend this latest novel from this creative crime writing duo.

these two are the absolute rulers of batshit plots that couldn’t ever happen but also it’s totally believable that somehow this could happen. all the twists and turns in this bad boy kept things VERY tense, i was even uneasy as things were going great because WHAT WAS GOING ON all in all very good thanks

Finished in just a few days and read it for hours straight. Very good thriller, suspense and enough twists and turns to keep things interesting. The characters are one dimensional but for me the action compensates for that
