This book was raw, emotional and heartbreaking. Joey just deserves everything. I had a hard time understanding Aoife throughout this entire book. I just wanted more from her. She knew what was happening to Joey and she just blew it off saying he was fine when he was anything but.
I loved the tidbits we saw of Johnny and Shannon. The Kavanagh’s are just my favourite.
Really looking forward to the rest of the series!

THIS book was so goood, and I’m sad it has ended though i took a lot of time to read it but now that it’s finished, I feel this ACHE in my heart that I can’t even explain, the same way I had for Johnny and Shannons story… brb

joey got the redemption HE DESERVED!!! this book was so well written, i loved seeing how hard joey fought to get back to aoife in the end, but also it hurt so much to see how much he was truely hurting and how badly he was impacted by his upbringing. joey lynch is truely a lostboy and aoife is his wendy

This is a gut wrenching, soul crushing book. My god , don’t think I’ll ever recover.
