enjoyable read though i would have liked a more drawn-out burn towards the end. i do feel like the ending was a bit rushed and would have like to see some more pining by logan after madeline starts to push back. this one tugged at my heartstrings with the moments of seemingly unrecquitted love and callousness after the initial conflict. overall though, an enjoyable, classic romance!

there are moments where the main male character threatens the main female character. he never actually hurts her, but the dynamic can be a little triggering to anyone having experienced abuse.
