I've been really enjoying this series and look forward to each new instalment. This one was great. I really liked how absolutely sweet the male lead was and how the female lead was willing to work with him. As always with this author, both characters had personal historic struggles they needed to overcome and it is enthralling to watch how they do it - each time is different.

The story is dual POV, well written and edited and so much fun to read. It's also lovely to see the interaction with previous characters and to watch them changing in the background.

I think this is the one that I have liked the least. Sad, cos I did like the idea of Beast.

What I really didn't like was that scene with Tsing. What was the point of it? Salacious at the very least. Didn't add anything... just took away. The Emmanee thing didn't bother me tho... she was used as much as he was. Even him calling out her name didn't bother me. At that point, Aerie had basically just used him for her own release... she didn't really care about what happened as long as she got an orgasm or two.
