The book as a whole was really good. What I liked the most about it was the fact that there where so many personal stories of people and the courageous ways they found to lead. It deals heavily on the concept of taking care of self and self-worth. All of this was good, although being a Christian I may find my worth different from some of what this book selves into. All in all a very well thought out book and some great insight.
