Elsewhere is an interesting concept, I especially like the idea of  avocations. 

Liz is kind of a dick and doesn't care about anyone who cares about her which made it difficult to get behind the story. I also just did not believe the romance.

First half was better than the second half.

This book was honestly awful, there was no redeeming qualities about it. The whole concept of people aging backwards once in Elsewhere is strange. Even stranger is the mental age difference between the protagonist and her love interest.
