I'm so excited that Wes and Beckett got their HEA and man, was that a steamy read! From the dirty talk to the dirty deeds, I think my kindle was smoking.... I appreciated the two steps forward, three steps back that happened, and how they regained their relationship. The chemistry, the angst, the supporting cast, especially their sister and the trivia team made this a great read!

I'm sad this series is over, but I can't wait to see where the announced spin-offs go!

I can’t friggin believe we’re already at the end of Rules We Break! I’m gonna miss Granville so much! I just loved Wes and Beck so much. The angst and pining was brutal but handled so well. I really like how it’s all in the beginning because once these two give in, that’s it. They are IN IT FOREVER.

It’s just the swooniest love story ever.

So Wes and Beckett have been stepbros for over a decade. They get drunk in Vegas, decide to prank their friends and act like they get married…but they actually get married. Beck’s been crushin’ on Wes for a while but now that Wes’ eyes have been opened, Beck is all he sees and he’s obsessed.

“𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙗𝙧𝙤, 𝙢𝙖𝙣!”
“𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡, 𝙝𝙚𝙮, 𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩?”

It’s a double awakening. It’s one of those, deep friendship that turns into MORE and it just feels natural kinda loves. And the passion and spice? 🥵🥵🥵

Also, I cannot WAIT for both Logan’s story and then the new series, Swallow Cove!!!!! Let’s go!

What happen is in Vegas stays in Vegas especially when you marry your step brother when drunk out if your mind . When they get home Wes & Beckett have to make everyone think it was just a prank but things get harder each day as they really do love each other . This is my first book from DJ Jamison and I really enjoyed it , I needed something that was light hearted with no angst and it fitted perfectly .

Somewhat generous 3 stars, because the pacing didn't work for me and I still hate the title. I did like Beckett and Wes, but I would have liked seeing some of their relationship development when they were younger to get to this place.
