Good, theological overview of the Sabbath rest, the reasons for it, the benefits of it, and the other parts of our world that need it as well (including our crop lands). I appreciated it and am challenged to work on my Sabbath habits and get better at them.

This book was great and exceeded my expectations. It had many strengths and few weaknesses. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the subject matter.

Never before have I been so convicted and excited about the theology and practice of Sabbath. This book is wonderful! Sabbath is a gift from God that I have neglected for far too long. I encourage any Christian who does not yet practice a weekly rest day with God to read this book. It will certainly challenge you, but it will leave you more aware of God's love for you and more excited to accept his good gifts.
