Curses Start Somewhere by Laura Greenwood is a great prequel to the Grimalkin Academy: Kittens series. We get to read about Mona’s mother Ronnie and her time at the academy. This gives some key storyline information which relates to Mona’s time at the academy. This is a must read for lovers of the series.

I think someone cursed Ronnie (laugh). When you read Curses Start Somewhere (2020) by Laura Greenwood, I think you might agree with me. There are definitely undercurrents of something else going on and I bet the boards on Greenwood’s community pages are lighting up over this story.
