I've been going by the recommended reading order from the author so I'm seven titles deep at this point. While I will continue doing so in the future, I think that the individual series might have better flow and make more cohesive sense if they are read separately and then benefitted from re-reading in the author's order to get the full satisfaction of interconnections on display.
In this installment we find out Ezra's secret, Tori finally starts training since she's going to follow her friends into dangerous situations, and there some tension of the sexual/romance variety. Overall, very readable series, will likely try to consume everything in the coming year.
