Probably my least favorite in the series. It tries to do too much in <250 pages. A disappointing end, honestly. But not awful.

I would have enjoyed this book much better if the author avoided the love story.. it's so weird to see a romantic relationship come out of nowhere like that ,especially with the age difference

Generally a good book. Was disturbed by the relationship between a 16 and 30 yr old though. Didn't bother me the first time I read it (when I must have been about 12) but now more of an issue to my brain.

Amazing! It wraps up Daine's tale, you find out who her father is and what the deal is between her and Numair.
Along the way Ozorne gets his teeth into Tortal and there is war plus a view of the different Realms previously only mentioned now seen in depth. I love this book!

The swoon is this finale is SO good. No matter how many times I read this series I will never be sick of it.
