¡Qué emocionante! Me ha tenido en vilo todo el tiempo. De momento, el que más me ha gustado de la saga.

George get’s to be the main character in this one. She also is - non-characteristic - incredibly stupid.
Overall being on Kirrin Island AGAIN (how many weird villains can stumble over this one island?) took away a lot of the intrigue as the setting felt too familiar.

The fun they had and the danger they faced wowed me as a kid. I wished and wished to have been born as their friend.
Famous Five taught me a bunch of things… For starters, always be ready for an adventure! They also taught me to not underestimate little girls. How many times has little Anne saved their lives? Also, I realized early on that there will always be someone trying to dictate your life, but it is important to be true to yourself no matter what.
Must read for kids.

This book made me the most emotional among the ones I read BY FAR idk why. Maybe it's bc I have a fat crush on Uncle Quentin, there's something hot about being a scientist, anger issues AND wanting to do good. Plus he was like actually involved. It's a shame we will NEVER again hear about his secret formula everyone worked so hard to save. I haven't remembered this book as well as the others which certainly made for a very interesting read.

It's not been one of my favourites from the series, they're starting to feel quite same-y so think I need to take a break from reading these for a while so that I can actually enjoy them.
