Wings of a Devil by Luna Pierce

Banks wanted revenge for the death of her baby brother. What she didn't count on was the marks being so easy to fall for and making pulling that trigger or using that knife that much harder.

Wings of a Devil was a great read. That last chapter tho is some mind blowing stuff. I do hate that Banks finds out some things that make her rethink everything that she thought was true. It's never hard to find out those we love might not have been everything we thought.

I look forward to reading more stories of this anthology REAL soon....

Liam gives us a taste of excitement that I know will come with the rest of the Dublin Knights books. The first time Liam encounters Imogen, he becomes obsessed with her. Liam is the ultimate alpha male, cocky and self-assured. What he wants, he gets, and he wants Imogen. He has to have her…and he almost does until she slips out of his grasp. There’s a spark between them, an electricity that can’t be denied. Liam has just become head of an Irish mob faction, and it seems Imogen might be caught in between the two most powerful mobsters in Dublin. Imogen is smart, and if things go her way, Liam won’t get to have her at all…unless it’s on her own terms.

I love this story. The characters are amazing, and the world building is excellent. It’s a perfect introduction to the Knights of Dublin series. The chemistry between Liam and Imogen is sizzling, and I know there’s more to come, and when these two finally come together, it will be electrifying! The ending is a perfect little cliffhanger that has me wanting more of these characters. I’m definitely ready for more Dublin Knights!

The following is a review of RA Smyth’s contribution to the Anthology:
Blindsided 5/5
“Oh god,” I moan.
“There is no God here, babe. It’s the devil who’s going to make you scream tonight”

If you are already a RA Smyth fan, you know you’re in for a treat with this short story. If this is your introduction to her stories, be prepared for a strong plot and delicious smut. In this short story of only thirteen chapters, she delivers hefty levels of steam with some twists that I did not see coming. We are blessed with a MMC who looks like an angel, fu*ks like a devil and has a villainous side, and a FMC who finds herself falling for a man who appears to be everything she ever wanted when his dark side is caged. They have some heady s3x scenes, and the MMC could talk dirty to me all day.

Blindsided is our introduction to Mia, and we will get to know her better later this year. I eagerly await more.

Liam by L.K. Shaw
I was hooked from the beginning. Imogen is smart, fiesty and beautiful. From the little bit that we got we were able to see how perfect she is for Liam. Liam is your typical morally gray character that does and takes whatever he wants. Imogen is not one to stay shut and will put you in your place and Liam definitely needs someone that's going to challenge him. Theres a lot of chemistry between!!
The plot itself was also really good and well written. Again because it was a novella we got some parts of it but definitely not enough. I need to get my hands on the next book to see what's going to happen.

This is for Liam by LK Shaw.

I really enjoyed this short story. It definitely intrigues me for this series. I wish the next book coming out was Liam and Imogen but I’m still excited to start this series!
