The most brutally honest feminism I have ever read. Four stars not because it wasn't spectacular, but because it was so depressingly relevant still. It was pretty horrifying that these reflections were published 37 years ago and I felt like many of them -- maybe all of them -- could have been written today.

Amazing. Fantastic. I read this for a feminist theory class and it's easily my favorite thing we've read.

This book should be required reading in schools, and is definitely a must read if you consider yourself a feminist. It’s an anthology, so obviously some works will speak to you more than others, but overall it’s near perfection. This will be a staple on my shelf that I’ll return to for years to come.

Painful, poignant and necessary.
The number one book I reccommend to anyone looking for a deeper understanding or an introduction to feminism (intersectional).
