Beautifully written, with incredible descriptions of Italy. Made me want to travel asap!
Plot-wise, I just think this book wasn't for me.
Loved Lauren Graham reading for the audiobook!

Tore through this short audiobook (narrated by Gilmore Girl Lauren Graham) on a road trip and it transported me from Route 65 to the Italian coast. Had some surreal parts in the writing much like the author’s other book In Five Years and the shift with the mother was interesting. I loved all the descriptions of the food, the outfits, the tiny details of the relationship between mother and daughter. A few repetitive scenes (like how many times do we need to hear about drinking water?), but I thoroughly enjoyed this listening experience.
