This caught my attention because the tacos on the front look bomb. Then the tagline made me laugh. When I snagged it from the library I realized it's essentially a vegan cookbook and I made 4-5 recipes. As someone who eats meat, the recipes I tried were good, but there was only one that I would really desire to make again. However, out of the vegan food I've had, this has by far been the best.

A fantastic plant based cook book. I’ve tried several of the recipes in the last couple of weeks and they were easy to follow and came out great! The pumpkin chili and miso ramen were particularly good. The frequent use of foul language doesn’t resonate with me, but it’s not offensive either...just occasionally humorous. The overall information presented is super helpful for anyone who is wanting to adopt a healthier way of eating. Get this book!

I love this book!! It makes cooking a whole lot funnier, and the recipes are awesome!!! If you are not offended by a little (okay, a lot) of cussing, and you like vegan food, this book is for you!

I didn't think one could "read" a cook book, but I definitely read this one, marking recipes and bits of wisdom as I went.
Informational while cracking wise, everyone should page through this book, whether you already love to cook or you feel inadequate in the kitchen.

Good recipes with easy to follow instructions. Also hilarious narrations! bought it for my husband who has wanted to learn how to cook but has been a little intimidated in the kitchen and this did the trick! the narration and easy to follow/delicious recipes have helped him to cook more and to feel more comfortable
