i really enjoyed this. i don’t know what i was expecting when i read it but i liked how detailed it was, the topics it went though and the picture of violent women thorough out history and what makes them, defines them and what’s expected from them.

Written in the perspective of a narcissistic food critic turned cannibal, dining only on her former lovers. She is witty and charming, keeping you hooked from start to finish. This is a great empowering feminist novel with a touch of horror, beautifully written to make murder and cannibalism seem romantic.
