This book in the series delved into Sugar Maple’s character and we get to know another side of her we haven’t seen previously. We get a glimpse into Goldie’s budding relationship with Diane and we get a lot of fun racing scenes. Great addition to the series!Â

I loved this volume! The mystery was a lot more straightforward than the ones in the first two collections. I’m glad that we were able to learn more about some of the other characters, and I always love to see Goldie and Diane being cute together.
