Omw to rewatch the anime. The manga is cute but I definitely enjoyed watching the anime more. The anime polishes up the story and adds more life to the RPG scenes.
But anime vs manga aside, I think this is a really fun story! I really like Akane and how she’s portrayed. She comes off as a little silly at times, but the way she sorts through her breakup is very relatable. At times I felt sorry for her at times and wished I could tell her that all would be well…Yamada on the other hand comes off as a bit blunt/rude in this first volume. You get to see that there’s a little bit more to him in a few subtle ways though.
