A fun read that touches on the highlights of the one and only Stan Lee. I enjoyed the graphic novel format and it was quite fitting too.

This is coolest way to do a memoir if you are a comic legend!

I often wish there was a 3.5 star rating. It's better than medium, but not quite great. The whole book is written in a very conversational style, as if he's giving a presentation to an auditorium full of people mixed with having an individual conversation with a reporter or a fan. We get some insight into how early life during the Depression, and how he made his way through the growing and changing of the comic book industry.

Exactly what it says on the cover.
Seriously, this was so much fun to read—it was like he was there, reading it aloud to me. It was educational regarding his personal life but also how the comic book, animation, and Hollywood industries have changed over the years. There are so many little tidbits in here. I learned so much and really enjoyed it.
And the artwork is phenomenal! (I found an adjective that wasn’t on the cover—you’re welcome!)

I learned a lot about a man I have loved since childhood.
