DNF at 20%.
I don’t usually write lengthy reviews, but I just felt like this had a lot of issues. Also I feel a bit bad giving it one star without an explanation.
I know what you’re thinking—but you only made it 20% through! That’s not fair to rate it!
My rating, my rules. And from my experience it was plenty.

I’ve never read anything from Violet Fox before, so I went into this blind. I saw the book advertised in a reader group and I was excited by the concept. I love omegaverse books that are about betas versus omegas or alphas. Lola and the Millionaires is a favourite of mine. Add in that it’s multi-POV and labelled as sweet heat? Yes, please. I love sweet, fluffy books.

As of the 20% mark, it was fluffy. It was sweet. Almost painfully so. One of the MMCs is already head over heels for the FMC, Renee, after their first interaction. As soon as we get Jake’s POV he’s thinking how perfect she is, how she’s “not like other girls TM,”

This picks up right where part one stopped. We learn what happened to Chloe. We see more of Vivienne. And we see Renee get her HEA.

I enjoyed this book.
