this series continues to be amazingly crafted and told with great care and patience. to have the prior knowledge of what will happen but go back in a time when it still have not, to see how it all came to be just continues to be an exquisite concept on it's own, but to have it all unfold in an incredibly built world that feels real in all of its building bricks is phenomenal.

this series continues to be one of my rarest finds of gems, such an amazing story no one around me seems to be familiar with. but regardless i'm so glad that i found it and it keeps impressing with each new installation.

At last things have started kicking off. An actual love scene...Whoop...short and not at all detailed, but I know that Ginn doesn't go in for the detail. The story twists turns and intertwines, and the (to be continued) ending to this is pretty horrific. Am hooked.

This one is good. So, so good. A heart-wrenching luncheon with Samsango. Face-off with Dayyid. Badass scene with the Fai‘daum. This sentence: John bowed his head, mumbling empty prayers in his own temple. And Ravishan is as sweet as ever.

This is the last part of the series that I read in its entirety the last time. It was my favourite then, and it is my favourite now. Wonder if one of its sequels will top it.
