this book didn't contain much i didn't already know but that's just because i'm a nerd and i've spent years collating knowledge about doctor who. it's really nice to put all this information together even if it is nearly 10 years out of date and it seemed to forget about multi doctor stories sometimes

Becoming a HUGE Whovian over the summer last year, I found this book extremely interesting and informative. Especially with all of the characters from Classic Who.

This is a really fun book and the entries aren't just on modern Who, so that's a nice feature.

It's obviously geared towards children, but (just like the show) it is still enjoyable for an adult to read. However, that means that the entries aren't exactly groundbreaking, nor are they particularly complex. If you are looking for in-depth analysis and detailed histories, I'm afraid you need to look elsewhere.

Still, it's cute and fun and nerdy so it gets 3.5 stars :)
