Warped, while part of The Guild Codex universe, is more loosely connected to the events in Spellbound & Demonized.
I loved the new characters, and can't wait to read more. Annette Marie is turning out to be one of my favorite unrban fantasy authors. <3

This was a great journey. I had a little trouble settling in, likely because I haven't enjoyed a male POV book in a hot minute. Once I was hooked, I did not want to put it down. If you like detective plots and a twisting storyline that keeps you guessing, you will love this book.
I'm going through the Guild Codex series in order, as much as possible, and I was unsure about taking on Kit's story instead of just continuing Tori's. I'm glad I did!! Getting to see how MAGIPOL's inner workings -work- is going to give interesting insight as I pick up the next book in the series!! And, I'm a bit sad to wait on reading the next Kit book!
