This book isn’t perfect but is a fun campy read similar to an 80s horror movie.

O.W.L.'s Readathon 2019

After reading The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and loving it, I wanted to try out some of the other dark and creepy versions of classic Archie characters. Sadly this one missed the mark for me. The story started off decently enough, but started going nowhere interesting fast. I also wasn't the biggest fan of most of the artwork throughout. The only style that was somewhat visually interesting was only used in the first issue, never to be seen again in this book. I might read the next one to see if it improves any, but we'll see.

Jugheads hungry...

Not too shabby, was expecting a different connection but I'm always down for a family witch hunt. This collects the 1st 3 issues and includes vamperonica 1 which also is pretty good

I think I love the Archie horror imprint, the mix between the squeaky clean Americana and gory over the top horror is perfect. And jughead as a werewolf is no exception.

There’s no way I’m subjecting myself to volume 2.

Another October morning, another Archie Horror comic. This one takes Jughead (who's always hungry) and turns his hunger into a supernatural one. Werejug was worth reading but the book is nowhere near as polished or fun as Vampironica or Afterlife With Archie.
