I would recommend reading it after the book.  It condenses the story and leaves out some scenes.  I did like seeing the different dragons, as it helped me better to visualize them.

My little cousin said this is the best series ever so I read this.
It’s pretty cool actually. Dragons that can talk, and prophesies. Also really fast to read, haha.

Was confused for the first half..... until I figured out who’s who (without looking at the introductory page).
