This book has to be by far the best book ever. The ending to the story was fabulous and I love how badass Lavinia was. She really showed the boys and the Royals what she was made of. I cannot wait for the Princes series because I just need to stay in this world forever.

**Book Review: Dukes of Peril by Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue**

Dukes of Peril is a masterful blend of obsession, love, and the heavy burdens of duty, crafting an unforgettable tale that explores the depths of the human psyche. Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue take readers on an emotional rollercoaster as they weave a story around Lavinia, a captivating heroine caught between three complex men: the heartbreaker Remington Maddox, the bruiser Simon Perilini, and the enviously passionate Nick Bruin.

Remy, the enigmatic "dark boy," shines in this narrative as he navigates the treacherous waters of addiction and mental health. The way the authors illuminate these themes is particularly poignant, providing a much-needed lens on issues often overlooked. His transformation—from a character grappling with his internal demons to a thoughtful and passionate leader—is nothing short of inspiring.

Nick, with his over-the-top jealousy and possessiveness, offers a complex layer of intrigue. His character growth, especially as he learns to balance his feelings with respect for Lavinia, adds a rich depth that keeps readers engaged. The tension and longing between the characters are palpable, making their journeys of self-discovery and healing even more impactful.

As the Dukes evolve into capable warriors, the narrative's exploration of duty versus desire resonates powerfully. The stakes are high, not just in the battles they face externally, but within the realm of their individual struggles. The need for a true Duke King to lead is evident, and the path to that leadership is fraught with internal and external conflicts that challenge their very identities.

Overall, Dukes of Peril is a beautifully crafted story filled with vibrant characters, intense emotions, and a powerful message about the wars we wage within ourselves. Lawson and Rue have created an exceptional world that will leave readers eagerly turning the pages, desperate to find out what happens next. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a compelling read that balances romance with deeper themes of growth and redemption wrapped up in so much darkness and struggles.
