There were some stellar scenes in this book. There were also scenes which felt like they were written by someone else entirely. The writing shifted from flowing to pedantic.

Started off great to about half way through, then it merely became a vehicle for ODCs marital sex life.

Col F and Jane was a great option for this couple. but no way would Jane have behaved in such a way, or would D&E have accepted it with such ease.

This was saddened by the length of time that passed between reconciliation and there were a couple of changes to the original story that I was upset about but then once it played out, I liked the alternative. I really liked having a lot of the book to see Darcy and Elizabeth's relationship grow once they were together. the only thing I really didn't like was Georgiana's attitude..., at first I understood and thought it would get better but it never really did.

A cute read but not one of my faves.
