One of the inspirations for me wanting to be in medicine. I greatly admired all three women in the book, particularly the main character who is both smart, loveable and kind and with whom I identified. A wonderful read set in an era when women in medicine were few and far between. Really well written and not too long. Great diversity in chapters and individuals stories and a really great twist at the end

The novel addresses one of the roots of the debates all around the world, Euthanasia (mercy killing). Moreover, it tackles discrimination in gender and color. And lastly, it reminds the readers the value of the Hippocratic Oath.

It is very rare to come across a book so well-written being a medical thriller. One hell of a page turner by Sidney Sheldon with an extraordinary plot twist and the absolutely perfect ending.

First novel of this sort i have read. Liked it. It was fast phased and packed with hysteria.

This is my second book by Sheldon. Again, it was a fast-paced, fun read. Perfect for hanging by the pool.

This book follows three female doctor's lives. As much as I love Sidney Sheldon's work, this was one of his boring ones for me
